While we offer a variety of proprietary inventory management and charge capture software, our focus is on working with each customer, and supplier, to identify the best technology solution for them. We interface with most major healthcare software and hardware: from billing programs to closed cabinet products to third party ordering systems. We offer a full range of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions to both our customers and suppliers. Our EDI conforms to ANSI x12 standards.

BeCompliant™ is our web-based tool that helps you easily track your practice purchases, spending limits, inventory control and much more. Designed with our customers' needs in mind, BeCompliant™ allows you to have more control over all aspects of your purchases and will accurately track and build reports on your detailed orders.
Electronic Data Interchange, EDI, is an interface between your operating system and ours. We conform to the ANSI X12 standards and are able to provide you with a number of paperless transaction files such as:
810 - Electronic invoice
832 - Price/Sales catalog
850 - Purchase Order
855 - Purchase Order Acknowledgement
856 - Advanced Shipping Notice
Formulary Management MMS has the market experience and technology to develop customized formularies to assist each customer in reducing costs and delivering a consistently high level of care.

The MMS Monitor is a valuable tool that our customers can use to review orders they have placed with MMS. Once a user name and password has been assigned, order information can be viewed by entering a simple date range. Order details including invoice number, invoice date, purchase order number, item number, description, unit of measure, quantity ordered and unit price are displayed. All information can also be downloaded into Excel for ease of data tracking and manipulation. Customers can quickly and easily create customized fax order forms with just the click of a mouse button, as well.
MMS U MMS University offers our customers the opportunity to obtain CEU credits. MMS has partnered with Medcom Trainex to give you access to interactive courses for your nursing staff and an easy-to-use tracking system.
MMS MyStore is a new online ordering program that is faster, easier to use and more comprehensive than ever before. The setup process for current MMS customers takes only a few moments. Once a user name and password are approved, placing orders and reviewing account information is quick and easy. Customers can search our entire database by product category, or choose to search by item number, description or vendor. Customized order templates can be created by either the customer or MMS personnel to include items that are most commonly ordered, thereby streamlining the ordering process even more. A variety of account information is available for review as well, including open orders, open quote requests, invoices, statements and purchase history. A written How-To Guide is available on our web site, along with a link to a brief video tutorial of the program.
Quick Order For customers who have small formularies and want to place orders quickly, Quick Order is a simple, fast and accurate option.
Reporting MMS is dedicated to accountability and offers a multitude of custom reports to allow you to monitor your supply chain costs on a timely and accurate basis. Our commitment to assuring that you optimize your dollars includes both prospective and retrospective analysis. Reports can be produced on a micro or macro level and focus on actionable outcomes.
